When I feel I'm having a rough day I discipline myself to write down a list of things that I need to accomplish before the end of the day. Even if the results are not always there immediately I can still have a sense of accomplishment and be proud of the progress. All the best Lewis
For me, having a morning routine is key. I spend a couple of hours each morning meditating and practicing yoga. I don't check my phone under much later. This helps me start my day from a clear and focused place.
I find that no matter how "slow" my day starts, my practice always gets me to a good place.
