Walking, showering longer, slow breathing, etc. all help me a lot. However what also helps is to not allow yourself to react too much to the pressure. So your mind stays clear no matter whats going on outside.
When I feel a dip in creativity, I make it a point to block off half an hour for a short walk. It helps clear my mind and reset my focus. After that, I often look at examples from others in the field – whether it’s designs, ideas, or case studies. I almost always find something that catches my attention and inspires me. It not only sparks creativity but also shows me fresh approaches and new ways to tackle the task at hand.
To stay creative under pressure, embrace constraints, break down problems, prioritize and plan, take breaks, change your environment, practice mindfulness, stay curious, collaborate, use creative techniques, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
