I try to tackle them head-on but with a friendly approach. I start by understanding what's bugging us both. Maybe it's a misunderstanding or different expectations, and then trying to talk it out.

First off, I make sure to listen—understanding their perspective often sheds light on the issue. Then, I aim to find common ground, figuring out where our goals intersect and how we can align to achieve them. Sometimes, it's about revisiting the initial agreements or adjusting expectations. Open dialogue is key!
@katrina_bain this is the correct and most intentional way to maintain the relationship and come out with a mutually beneficial outcome.
