My organization requires 2 types of feedback:
1. Text Feedback (I should be able to share feedback links to my customer)
2. Video Feedback (Required for employees)
Can we customize the UI, text, button colors & button text?
Basically I want to mimic the website's color palette with the feedback form.
Is this possible?

@chirag_ink Not using any tools right now. We are running an email campaign for subscribers or customers who purchased more than twice. We offer them a special discount if they share a video with us.

@aditya_chavan3 Good to know, I am sure there would be different automated approaches available. If may I know, what’s your experience getting videos from customers? Are they afraid to provide? Is it difficult for them to record? Or not taking it seriously at all even after incentives are there?

Always Video over Text. Because anybody can fake the Text testimonials. Authenticity is always vintage to me and believer of it.
Plus for new customers to easily connect with brand when they watch videos vs read text. Video FTW!

@priyanka27 Audio is a lite alternative to Video - meaning - people who are face-conscious may not like to give feedback on Video but they love to speak without showing themselves. It's like in remote company, how people feel comfortable and safe to speak without video on. Audio feedbacks/testimonials are best for those people. Voice has its own beauty over text.

I prefer video testimonials as they generate more trust and credibility.
Personally, I prefer video testimonials as it conveys the message with higher credibility, but I am fine with textual testimonials as well, as it might be easier to use it and get it.
@priyanka27 It's not that easy, hence why I said textual testimonials might be an easier way to go, but in any case, I think it's easier if you've already built a stronger relationship with that person. With that said, focus on showcasing how their personal experience can impact others significantly, emphasizing their contribution's potential to make a meaningful difference. Also, highlight how video testimonials excel in conveying a wide range of emotions.
@priyanka27 sure! It is more authentic, and impactful. It shows potential clients that my current clients trust my work enough to record a video for me.
I prefer client feedback and testimonials in video format for more engaging and authenticity.
