In the world of personal productivity, this 20% of the 80-20 rules are to me my morning and bed routines.
I've struggled a lot with being consistent with my sleep AS WELL AS being consistent with interacting with my followers and building a community around the things I love. So what I've done is append some time in my morning routine to interact and post on social media. I made myself a pact to not start my day if I'm not done with my morning routine, even if something urgent happens (I'd just do the tasks quicker).
How did I go around the social media thing?
- I went hardcore on this by making myself accountable in front of my whole network ๐ ๐ฅ
- I went EVEN MORE hardcore by saying that if I fail, I build a product from someone among my followers lol ๐ ๐ ๐ธ๐ธ
Why? That's a win-win scenario for my friends and audience: if I post, they'd be entertained. If not, then they'll potentially have one new buying customer
Note: here is below the post I made to start this

@adhamdannaway hope you had a great year while you were busy. Looking forward to hear about your passion projects. Will keep an eye out here in the discussions.
well for three-ish days I won't be, intentionally taking some time off and then from there I will do the same, mark off some simple tasks that will make 2023 easier to hit my goals
@pawelkadysz my plan was to take off sometime during January, was feeling focussed to work during the holidays. Wanted to learn from folks who are keeping themselves productive at this time.
During this holiday season, I plan on keeping myself productive and motivated by setting specific goals for myself and breaking them down into smaller, more manageable tasks. This way, I can stay focused on what I need to accomplish and not get overwhelmed.
I also try to make time for things that bring me joy and relaxation, like taking a walk outside, practicing mindfulness, or spending time with loved ones. These activities help to keep me balanced and energized, and make it easier for me to stay motivated to get things done.
Another strategy that has been helpful for me is setting aside dedicated time for work and taking breaks in between to rest and recharge. This helps me to stay focused and avoid burnout, which is especially important during the busy holiday season.
Overall, I find that the key to staying productive and motivated during the holidays is to find a healthy balance between work and rest, and to make time for the things that bring me joy and fulfillment. So, this holiday season, I plan on taking care of myself and being mindful of my own needs as I work towards my goals.
@hemantwarier thanks for taking the time out to explain your plan to keep yourself productive and motivated during this holiday season. All of this makes sense hope you achieve your goals and enjoy your holidays as well!
Holiday - it's the best time to thinking what you really want or need.. it's your time) if you know your personal priorities, you still more productive and motivating for longer time
By setting achievable goals and breaking them up into smaller pieces. I also plan on setting aside a few hours each day to focus on my goals and staying organized with a to-do list. Additionally, I plan on taking plenty of breaks and rewarding myself for completing tasks.
