Have a plan for what you want to do! Generally, you can't really focus on deep thoughts for a burst of time, but you can maybe focus on a part of a problem.

Whenever I have a few spare minutes, I like to engage in the ancient art of procrastination! 😄 Just kidding (mostly). Actually, I try to tackle my ever-growing list of podcasts.

I often use those small windows of time to catch up on email or knock out a few quick tasks on my to-do list. Podcasts are great too for some educational multitasking. And if all else fails, a short meditation or stretch break helps recharge the batteries! 🧘♂💪
