One of the best ways to manage your time is to establish specific goals and deadlines for each task. This will help you stay on track, prevent procrastination, and avoid feeling overwhelmed by complex tasks.
Additionally, setting small daily goals can be a great way to keep yourself focused throughout the day.
Still struggle with this. WIll have a list of things to do and will get caught up one thing rather than skipping it and returning to it later to at least finish what can be done for that deadline or time frame.
After trying a lot of things, maintaining a simple trello board helps me manage my time and reminds me of week targets.
I keep going back to the board a few times a day to ensure I am on track.

I use the TMetric time tracker. The app records my work time and I always create reports to see where my time goes and how I can optimize its utilization.
