Managing multiple projects can definitely feel overwhelming, but I’ve found that having a clear system in place makes all the difference. I personally use a mix of Notion and Google Calendar: Notion for organizing project details and breaking tasks into manageable chunks, and Google Calendar for time-blocking to ensure everything has its dedicated space.
