Slide in some polls or quizzes, break into smaller groups for discussions, and don't underestimate the power of a good icebreaker. Video on, always. Makes it feel less like a webinar and more like a convo.

Encourage participation from everyone. This can be done by calling on people by name or using a chat feature.
