Keep your team updated on the team's progress, any changes to the goals or plans, and any challenges that you are facing.

Make sure that everyone on the team is aligned on the goals and expectations, and that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Give your team members regular feedback on their performance, both positive and negative. Help them to identify areas where they can improve and provide them with the support they need to develop their skills and knowledge.
