Create a series for your content: like post ABC on mondays, and XYZ on tuesdays and so on. That way you will have more content for the brand you with. Also, keep an eye for catchy content from other brands. Do competitors research and check what's working for them and try to create a better version for your brand.
It is a day in and day out, I think research gives about 50 to 70% of whats coming up and the rest is framing and being creative in presenting it
