Stress at work is unavoidable. Many factors contribute towards it, ranging from tight deadlines and heavy workload to unrealistic expectations and lack of job satisfaction. However, it is important to keep your stress levels in check to ensure that they don't become a hindrance in your work.
It is crucial to identify the source of the stress and find ways to eliminate or reduce it, like taking regular breaks, restructuring tasks, setting deadlines, and communicating with colleagues.
