How do you handle feedback and criticism post-launch?

I think all the feedback and criticism is important, and sometimes actually eye-opening. We are still in the process of the launch, and we already got some questions we can answer but understand that it would be good to explore them further while working on already planned updates. Personally would rather get feedback & pivot than get too deep in a bad idea!
