Daily engagement is a key! I use PH and Twitter to build a community, on Twitter I post insights from the journey of building product, marketing tips and some occasional life stories of course :D
I use scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, plan content in advance, engage with your audience, and analyze performance metrics to refine your strategy.
For B2B stuff, I use Buffer and limit interaction to LinkedIn and Medium. For personal stuff, I've moved off of most social media and focus on creating my own content using YakJive.
Note that one thing I really like about Buffer is the ability to show scheduled posts on a calendar view, including the ability to quickly edit and reshare posts.
