By contacting hunters and asking them if they would be interested. Fabian's link is going to help you pick people from a relevant industry.
However, a popular hunter isn't a guarantee of success, unfortunately

@anna_mandziuk You are right. We see daily top hunters or community members hunt the products, but some products do not succeed.
Rather than that, you can work on building your community and then launch your product yourself.
Good question. I read a guide somewhere that I can't find anymore that went over it, but I've been wondering the same thing for some time now but just haven't put the effort into figuring it out right now since I don't have a launch date set- but definitely getting close to start preparing

The best is then to contact hunter on Twitter or Linkedin.
Hunters are less important than in the past, so if you cannot find a hunter after 1 or 2 weeks I would advise you to hunt your own product.
You can send msg on LinkedIn directly to the top Hunters or you can also hunt your product by yourself :)
