I try to go on as many calls as possible. But, recording the feedback becomes a problem Any products solving this id love to hear about :)

We use Nolt.io it's great to gather feedback and display the roadmap of your product. And it's slick looking.

Due to the nature of my work, we gather feedback by individual demos to people.

Interesting topic! I'm also curious about this because I'm currently gathering feedback from beta users for my latest project - BotMeNot! And I'm also trying to get more people to beta test!
