Success is ultimately driven by the people involved—both the team that builds the product and the community that supports and informs them.
In the startup world, the will to succeed is less crucial than the will to prepare. This means investing time, effort, and resources into thorough planning, building, and strategizing. Starting with a strong community foundation is the best way to set the stage for sustained success.

Don't just pay attention to what users say; focus on how they actually use it. If your product is going to undergo major changes because of user feedback, it means you didn't have a clear understanding of what your product was supposed to do from the start. In that case, don't rush; take a step back, think it through, and then take action.

We set up a program called "PPP" - Product Pioneers Program. It's a group of student volunteers who are keen to learn more about UX research. They're constantly chatting to their friends about our product and gathering authentic feedback. The PPP has a very big influence on our actual product roadmap.
To ensure our product stays user-centric, we continuously gather feedback from our users through surveys, interviews, and usability tests. This real-time input helps us refine features, address pain points, and adapt to changing needs. Our team prioritizes user feedback in every development sprint, ensuring that the end product truly resonates with our audience. 🛠️👥
