We've adopted a combination of Prometheus for real-time monitoring and Grafana for visualization, which allows us to quickly identify and address any performance issues. This setup has significantly improved our response times to incidents and overall application reliability.

Sentry has been invaluable for real-time error tracking and handling exceptions, which dramatically helps in maintaining a smooth operational flow. It is also a fantastic instrument to find and fix edge cases 'cause users tends to be really creative in order to raise bugs here and there! :)
