Web is the best.
App experience had not been great for me - especially for those with multiple google accounts on device, not able to post on discussion and not consistent with the web interface altogether.

Website. Mobile version is terrible. Can't see notifications (forces me to check history to see who replied to me) and the UI is terrible with some loading issues sprinkled on top too.
The favourite podcasts is awful. The lack of alerts makes it necessary for me to check my history in order to see who has responded to me, and the UI is poor with a few loading problems on top.
