Definitely use customer data to personalize their experience! Track their behaviors, preferences, and habits, then tailor the UX to match. Could build recommendation engines, customized layouts, targeted content, etc. based on the insights. The more relevant and 'sticky' you make it, the better the retention. There are AI tools that can help analyze the data and power those personalized experiences too.
