How can I remove product launched by mistake?

I made a one mistake regarding my product launch. I was 20 mins early and could not launch it the next day. I would appreciate it if you can remove my old listing of "Helix Idea Validation Tool". This launch is a big thing for a bootstrapped startup like us. would appreciate your help towards it and let us re launch and get in front of people.
