I usually get 6-7 naturally. No wakeup or bedtime constraints, and it's where I ended up.
Been tracking for almost 8 years now, currently loving the Ultrahuman Ring Air from India. 🔥 (Swapped from Oura)
I spent most of my teens and twenties getting by on 5-6 hours of sleep. Recently, I made the change to getting 7-8 hours, and I feel like I'm a different person. I used to believe that I was one of those people who only needed 5-6 hours, but boy, was I wrong. When you consistently get 7-8 hours of sleep, you are happier, your brain is clearer, you can feel your emotions better (laugh more often), listen better, and work harder, etc. I recommend that anyone who sleeps 5-6 hours a day seriously considers making an improvement.
