Pro tip: My morning ritual is wild! 🚀 I map out my day over bulletproof coffee, break big goals into micro-sprints, and always leave 20% buffer for unexpected startup chaos. Ruthless prioritization + adaptable mindset = founder survival mode.

@aditya_jettipalle Good tip! I’ve been trying to use something like this and noticed that when I plan my day in the morning, I hit my goals much more often than before I started planning.

Doing something for myself right in the morning like enjoying my coffee, going to the gym or reading for 20 mins. Helps me feel like I have already achieved something for myself before the day has even started

Going on walks! Getting outside as much as possible, and working out consistently (a workout buddy helps). Taking care of your body means your mind can do its best work.

If you had to do what you're doing today (as in the specific tasks you've planned for today) for the next 50 years, would you have the energy to sustain it? Habits over goals approach https://fs.blog/habits-vs-goals/,

Consistency is key! I start each day by prioritizing my top three tasks. It keeps me focused and prevents overwhelm. Also, a quick break with some In N Out French fries never hurts! What habits keep you on track?

Just go to bed early, wake up early, and get to work as soon as you get up. The less time you waste, the better. This worked best for me.

Weekly reviews are important for myself. Conduct a weekly review to reflect on what went well, what didn’t, and what needs improvement. It’s suggested to use a simple template or OKR to track progress on goals.
