Have you heard of FluentU? It's a language learning platform that uses real-world videos to help improve language skills. They have a specific English program that focuses on speaking skills. I've heard great things about it and it might be worth checking out! Otherwise “Learn English with a TV series” on YouTube! A classic but which works well

Obviously, it depends on one's base level. I think that the best way in general is to dive into, introduce as much English into your daily routine as possible. Set English as a system language of your phone and a computer. Listen to podcasts, watch videos, read articles and blogs — all in English. That way you would be able to adopt live language, get a grasp on collocations and idioms and so on and so forth — and use them yourself without thinking much. As for movies... Well, yes, but there is a recent trend to mix sound in such a way that dialogs are often barely audible, let alone comprehensible

@naou Thank you! I completely agree with you about movies. For instance, I strongly dislike Nolan's films because the dialogues are barely comprehensible. Honestly, I thought it was just me being stupid, but I was surprised to find out that many people had the same experience.
