@ixord Hi, such a strategic start of the week :) What’s your approach to task distribution? Um, my main focus this week is strategizing for a product launch while refining some marketing plans.

@hamza_afzal_butt I have a large piece of work that I divide into different departments. They take every task and work on it. Of course, there are daily tasks and there are global ones where there is progress as a percentage.

@hamza_afzal_butt @elara_thorn Considering that the preparation may not be sufficient due to special reasons, if it is forced to go live this Thursday, there may be some unexpected problems that will affect the user experience and then adversely affect the rankings. So overall, I'm more inclined to go live next Tuesday, so that we have more time to prepare and welcome users in a better manner, and lay a stronger foundation for improving our rankings. Of course, this is just my suggestion, and it needs to be finalized in combination with the actual situation of the team and the market dynamics.

@elara_thorn If your product is community-focused or B2B, next Tuesday might be better, as engagement tends to be higher earlier in the week when people are back to their work routines. Thursday launches are good too, but they can be competitive, as many teams aim for end-of-week visibility. If you go for Tuesday, try to build pre-launch buzz over the weekend to get momentum early. We have decided to launch it next Monday because Tuesday is Christmas Eve and we are worried that user activity will not be high. As an efficient AI tool product, we pay more attention to user experience and feedback, so we decided to set the time for next Monday. Thanks again for your advice.

For Medium's API, I'm going to implement OAuth2 with refresh token rotation and webhook monitoring for connection health. This helps handle their rate limits and token expiration gracefully.
