@richard_gao2 Just did a quick research, and with FB that's quite complex. FB is very protective when it comes to their content, not only you need to sign in first, but to monitor specific group, you need to request access to the group, then wait for approval and sometimes answer couple of questions.
While that's certainly doable, it's hard to scale this up.
I'll think how this could be achieved.

I'd imagine it's gonna get harder with twitter with the twitter API being paid now
