Founders: when do you think you have to raise funds instead of continuing bootstrapping?

I look forward to learning many different reasons, and hopefully, we can make some consensus at last.

When you want to grow fast. I bootstrapped a company to an 8 figure ARR company with zero funding but now looking back I would have definitely got an investor because that would have given me the opportunity to grow the company much faster. Anyways it has many pros and cons depending on the situation, go with your instinct.
To raise funds is not an easy thing even if you really want it)
