I’m working on a niche project around FR Legends, focusing on APK mods, custom car packs, and multiplayer tweaks. My goal is to build a community where gamers can easily access mods, share ideas, and get creative with their gameplay.

The project sounds interesting! That said, your ideal users are the best people to provide meaningful feedback—not us (though there might be FR Legends enthusiasts here).
I recommend identifying your ideal users across online platforms or local cyber hubs. There are about seven common ways to get your first 100 users, though.
Start by building relationships: engage with them on a personal level, observe their comments, and note their concerns or posts. Yes, it's all about doing things that don't scale at this stage.
Pay close attention to the enthusiastic ones, and invite them for 1:1 interviews to understand their needs, jobs to be done (pains) and how you can help.
