Encouraging creativity in the workplace
Hey everyone,
I would guess every team has reached a plateau at some points.
How do you encourage creativity to break through that plateau within your team? Would appreaciate any advices!

We always do team building activities or take a day off to do something fun out of office or even just go to a different place to work may help a lot!

Do tours and visit certain cities! Like go to cathedrals, visit museums... or do brainstorms sessions! Go clubbing..
Creativity is just the process of various new inputs creating an innovative output!

I think nature retreats are one of the best ways. Make sure you look at every piece of nature in detail and see how they move, breath and interact.
