We are working only remote! And I don't see any challenges with that :)

Yes, I think the future is remote. There are still some challenges for the companies, but in the end both sides take advantage from remote work culture.
Yes, my employees work from different places, but we still remain a friendly team.
We also work remotely, and I consider it the best option. Although it requires some discipline from oneself. Optionally, we have the opportunity to visit the office, but I think it's more relevant for those who cannot create a comfortable workspace at home, where they won't be disturbed by household members.
