Switching career is a sign of passion. Some people are good at it and some are not. If you have the ability to change career quickly then it's good thing for your resume. But if you change career too frequently then it might put a negative impact on your resume. You are better off sticking to one career.

I think, yes, because then the company will always have doubt whether you'd stay long term for the current post or not.

It can, depending on how you present it. If you make it look like you're constantly chasing the next big thing, it can be a turn off for employers. However, if you position yourself as someone who is always looking for new challenges and willing to learn new things, it can actually be seen as a positive.
