Yup, I'm part of a global team spread across 5 continents. It's amazing working with such a diverse group and learning about different cultures. The time zone differences can be tricky, but we make it work with lots of async comms and meetings that rotate times to be fair to everyone. Overall, I wouldn't trade it for anything - the variety of perspectives is so valuable for innovation and personal growth.
