I think AI will definitely change how brands connect emotionally, but not necessarily in a bad way. With AI assistance, brands can get deeper insights into their audience to craft more personalized and resonant messages. AI can also help brands engage in more natural conversations across channels. The key is using AI to enhance that human touch, not replace it entirely. Brands still need to infuse their unique personality, empathy and creativity. AI is just a tool to help them do it better.
I think it is possible to connect AI with customers to understand their needs/pain points that can eventually lead to create emotional bonds by correct messaging.
