Do you prefer the design of dark mode or light mode in smartphone apps? Why?

I personally lean towards dark mode, especially when using my phone at night. It’s easier on the eyes and feels less straining in low-light environments. Plus, it gives a sleek and modern look to the apps. However, during the day, I sometimes switch back to light mode because it can be clearer and more vibrant, which is nice for reading and viewing photos. It really depends on the time of day and what I’m doing.
