Communication is the key! It's easier to keep posted about each member's tasks and progress using a reliable scheduling app and a good communication method (zoom, temas, discord).

Have a fixed schedul and a Todo list.. Especially a todo list.. Also.. Big tasks first. Know that it is the start that is hard.. Once you start.. then it is a landslide from there.
