Obsidian.
I have used Roam Research in the past.
I think most people have their digital database (with all the notes, to-do etc) where they organize their ideas.
Roam research gave a good shot at bringing more meaning to it but it didn't land as expected and got complex (and pricey) to use.
Obsidian helps me to create meaningful connections using my database dump.
Well, I use Airtable(Don't judge me😂). For me it's fast, I have some templates for personal use, I collect stuff there, it's good for tracking ideas though.
Nice! I'm actually actively looking for an app for this - I tried Supernotes, Mem.ai, Notion, Walling, Obsidian and many more, but none of them were fitting my needs (I'm quite picky when it comes to usability, the visuals of the app, technical performance and the overall experience and how much effort I need to put into finding or writing down some piece of information). Currently I'm trying out Craft and I feel like it might stick for a longer time with me. It's a bit more like a doc, but it has great linking features and excellent possibilities of organizing content.
@charlotte_chiang1 oh wow, it looks amazing! Thanks for recommending it. I already signed up for testing. From what I've seen on their website it might be a perfect combination of all the apps I listed in my comment :)
Hi @krzesimir_ostrowski, you've tried a few different products. Me, too.
I'm working on a product that focuses on connecting assets such as notes, web pages, tweets, and videos with annotated links — sort of a personal web that takes a rapid prototyping approach to knowledge management.
It's the Under Cloud ( https://www.producthunt.com/prod... ), and it'd be wonderful to get some feedback.
Yes, I got to know this idea two years ago and found it actually fascinating. A digital second brain helps me concentrate my daily knowledge in one single space where the information is no longer scattered and I can easily get a review of anything.
I've tried Notion, Cubox, Evernote, and I found them useful in different scenarios. For example, if you wanna a tool with simple but customizable design, Notion definitely nails it. For a clean and simple tool just to make notes and record daily to-do, Evernote is easy-to-use and enough.
Still looking to explore more tools like that. Any recommendations guys?
Thanks!
I use Obsidian for a lot of this. I'm actually finding it easier to "not organise" things for projects and just find docs as I need them with https://eesel.app.
I have tried Notion, Roam and Obsidian /Bear in the past. The last one is too simple. Right now I am using Caduceus as it focuses more on the things I want - visual aspect of thought that is
Hi @apollon440, I've tried Evernote and OneNote, both great at creating things fast, but most aren't great when it comes to finding an organising.

It's the Under Cloud (launched here in Product Hunt), and it'd be great to get some feedback.
Tried Obsidian… Formatting not great for me, overly fiddly. Tried notion, UX on iOS not as good as Craft.
Settled on Craft for its simplicity, speed at which I can create notes and also offline sync.
absolutely!
I use a comprehensive digital system I built in notion called the Notion Haven HQ
it's how I get things done in one simple app
Said goodbye to notebooks, and embracd my new life-work balance. The Notion Haven HQ template is an all-inclusive organizational powerhouse that helped me work smarter instead of harder. With four sections- Projects, Finance, Health & Planning– I'm damn near unstoppable.

Yes, i've been using it for quite a while now and i decided to share it with the people so that everyone would be able to benefit from it.
Here's the link of my second brain: https://www.producthunt.com/post...
100% Notion here as well. Thanks Easlo for opening this thread. Just yesterday, during a grey and not-so-sunny sunday, I convinced my wife to do the same. Airtable is in my top bookmarks too but I see it more as a db-oriented tool, where you need to store large amount of data. I am actually slowly using DBs inside Notion as well, feels really nice to have everything in one place. I created a main page called "Dashboard" where I put the links that I use the most during my daily routine. Not much addicted to templates yet. I just love creating pages and link them together. :)
