Do you actively post on social media?

No. If I have to post or share something personal, I limit the audience or viewers sometimes.

I think everybody actively posts on social media to some degree, but I think a more important question would be if someone actively posts on social media with the intention of building it for their business. In that case, yes, I frequently post on twitter to grow it, but I think the effort must be focused, since social media is addictive after all, and you can get easily distracted. How about you?
