I got a lot invitation to vote their product launch through linkedin.
I am still figuring out, do we need to do that? Is that their number of vote will reflect on our product success?
Or do you have another point of view ?
Connecting with community members is a great way to promote your product. It is highly recommended that you promote your product on LinkedIn. It is really a good idea to do so. Any platform is good if it has your target audience. This is the key to marketing.
let me tell you one thing:
I have been consistent on product hunt for the past 14 days And I've made more connections on Linkedin and Twitter in the past 14 days than I had in the past three to four months
And the best part is a lot of them are mutual connections so it is easier to talk to a lot of people and get them to support your product launch! you just need to talk like a real human with them and Get them to reciprocate when you are launching your product!
@persuasionkid Great tips! I totally agree with you. ProductHunt is a great platform for building mutual connections. Building those authentic connections can indeed make a world of difference in garnering support for your product. Thanks for sharing your experience Rohan!
Personal communication with the community members truly is the most effective way to get support on your launch, so reaching out on LinkedIn is a good idea. Asking for feedback prior to launch also helps a lot to improve the product by the launch date.
Yes, yes, yes!
Networking on LinkedIn for a product launch, IMO, is important. It boosts visibility, credibility, and engagement. It can also lead to valuable networking opportunities. While upvotes alone may not guarantee success, the benefits make it worthwhile.
The more channels, the better. It's advisable to carry out promotions up until one week before the launch, as any profiles created within the final week leading up to the launch their votes won't be valid nor will it count them.
