For me, yes. I always pay attention to names and especially logos. For example, here on PH, I sometimes click on the product description just because I'm drawn in by the logo.

Depending on the size and placement, I usually notice the logo first if it takes up an equal amount of space as the text. However, there have been many instances where the text occupies more space, and in those cases, I tend to read the text first. If either of them is interesting, I'd click.
