Did anyone have a mentor when they became a founder?
What are your pros and cons? Do you think it was necessary?

It’s not just for founders, it’s for every role out there. I have been graphic designer for over two years. The growth is there but slow, whereas with a mentor, it would have been 10x (I know this coz I joined a course and I got some really amazing mentors)

No but I consider the wide community my set of mentors. I also have a mastermind that I use as well.
@maxwellcdavis yes that can be a “mentor” as well, but I don’t think anything beats a person with well versed knowledge and experience helping you along the way. The community seems to be more vague than insightful when it comes to providing information and progression.
