Hey folks, let's do something fun to make weekdays a little better, describe your customer persona in detail and I'll guess what your product offering is!
19 to 35 y/o ... 1-2 family size ... Millenial/Genz ... Low Income ... Student/Self-employed/Entry job ... Highshcool/Uni education ... Middle class .... has a lot of different things that need to be done ... gets stressed out easly when facing a complex thing that needs to be done (something composed of many parts/steps) ... Loves using lists/cards to organize things. Uses bins to organize their physical world. (My product is digital)
@nidal_ghonaim That is quite elaborate, ok I am guessing a task manager? something that helps them organize all the tasks? Or it could also be an automation tool, that handles different steps once the algorithm is set up. But students are also a part of the target audience then I think i'll go with a task manager.
@yeshaswini Yes! ... and the twist is that:
1- it has less focus on collaboration, but more on motivation.
2- it's free supported with unobtrusive ads so people starting their life/students don't have to pay.
3- it has unobtrusive social aspects, enough to not feel alone, but not enough to be a distraction.
@bogomep wow okay I am thinking something like clubhouse, or amazon alexa (because of the room and as she enters the room it plays the music of her choice), or an AI based music recommendation app?
Fun exercise! My ideal buyer is someone who is 50-65, has a will (or is in the estate planning process), wants to be organized but is crazy busy with work and life.
Female in her late 20s/early 30s in a relationship who uses Pinterest, and is possibly involved in several female/relationship oriented Facebook Groups. Upper middle class, tech knowledgeable.
Meant for Teams ideating and writing documentation together while collaborating with 3-5 users at small and mid-sized organizations including start-ups. With the aim of freeing information from files and folders which essentially is an extension of how papers were filed on shelves in yesteryears.
@yeshaswini you are almost there which means I didn't define the ICP well :) Qinaps is web based writing tool so it has a text editor and mapping capabilities making it perfectly suited for collaborative brainstorming and information writing which can be stored in flexible blocks. These blocks can be later assembled into business documents ! Now who could be the ICP for Qinaps ?
