A fruit smoothie with berries, honey, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, almonds or walnuts, coconut, and oat milk or water (regular milk if necessary).
If not that, then definitely tea!
@jwurtz I wouldn't say EVERY morning. But, I definitely make a shake a few days a week. I have tea maybe once per week in the morning. I like afternoon tea once a week as well.

I would say coffee but honestly I've always thought it's just a mental thing (ehi, I love coffee, don't get me wrong :D ). By that I mean that it really don't boost anything, for me it's just the pleasure, you know? And I like it strong with a bit of honey ^__^
I drink a cup of coffee every morning to ensure that I have enough energy to handle my work throughout the day, but I almost suffer from insomnia every night, and I don't know if it's because of the coffee.
