Super cool idea to ask feedback like that! I voted for the 2nd option, I just think the "repeatable success" part isn't clear enough. I struggle a little bit to understand what that actually means. The copilot metaphor on the other hand seems to start being more established now (although you should check that with you actual audience) and I can imagine what that means when bringing that to team ops. Well done!
