A while ago we launched Explain Code App, and since then, Open.AI launched ChatGPT. We've seen our numbers dwindle in regard to subscribers, search volume, and usage. I'm not here to complain about ChatGPT, I'm actually very excited that Open.AI put out a free solution that is actually better than the product we launched. My main point of this post is just to start a discussion about anyone else who has seen ChatGPT and other AI impact their businesses and whether that impact is positive or negative.
