Can you still publish your product on "building in progress" if ship doesn't exist anymore ?

Hi everyone, Before you could create a landing page "upcoming" and then join the ship program to have it published. But this program doesn't exist anymore, does there is still an opportunity to publish in the new "building in progress"? Thanks
