Can anyone recommend an AI audio survey tool?

by•

I'm looking for tools to help me brief clients and get their answers in voice format. Recently, I found @Yapz It really impressed me. Simple to use, the delightful format of briefing people, only a positive experience. The only downside is that I cannot see the whole call transcript, which is crucial for me. Are there any free/cheap AI alternatives that makes summaries of answers and saves transcripts at the same time?

Yes! AI-driven tools like Humanly or myinterview provide voice-enabled pre-screening, making hiring more interactive

Yapz being free is certainly a plus but I'm with you, it's weird that they don't show you the transcript. It also feels like it's way too early to send to real customers (product feels quite sparse).

For other audio survey tools, check out:

@Voiceform / Voiceform - $79/month and also has video options.

@Phonic [beta] / Phonic - Looks like this is being discontinued but is free until June of 2025.

@VideoAsk / VideoAsk - Not specifically audio but figured it was still worth mentioning because I've seen it mentioned so many times. Also integrates with Zapier to make integrating into workflows much easier.

Seems like something TypeForm and Survey Monkey should add.

Oh wait- @Voicepanel just launched today. Maybe they can chime in as this seems like a perfect fit?

@steveb thanks for the mention! @alex_robeiko we can do voice-enabled surveys with transcript summarization. Check out our launch today - would love your feedback.

@steveb Thanks for those tools options. @Voicepanel is actually the one that covers all what we need. Very timely launch for me :) @john_provine1 Sure, I'll leave a feedback later after we complete a few tests

@alex_robeiko @steveb creator of @Yapz here. transcripts and audio recordings (for non-anonymous conversations) are on the way! we launched early and sparse to see if the idea had legs.
