Here's why: Lately, I've noticed that many onboarding experiences feel... well, standard. They seem to follow the same template and lack that innovative spark. It's been a while since I've encountered a truly seamless and delightful onboarding. However, a couple of experiences that did stand out to me were:
WhatsApp: Their simplicity and straightforwardness make the process genuinely seamless.
Monzo Bank: As one of the popular challenger banks in the UK, their onboarding felt very user-centric, intuitive, and engaging.
