Leaders across companies are recognizing the importance of building community. However, there still seem to be a lot of challenges with community management. Would love to know what challenges you face as a community manager, specifically while managing communities for companies.

As a community manager, I've faced challenges like handling conflicts among members, maintaining active engagement, moderating content effectively, and balancing the needs of various community segments.

The fact that you have to be super polite to your trollers is number one. And second when you work with brands what they don't understand the importance of taking feedback from the brand community. I think community can be one of the strongest business tools

The biggest challenge in the WBE Space is to do synchronous events with people from literally every corner of this world. Time zones are just too far apart...
