@julia_engelsmann Day to day work is done on audio, video calls, screen sharing and the unity of the team is created through similar values and team buildings. I would recommend checking AIESEC way to do this. Very very efficient team buildings.
I'm firmly on Team Homeoffice, Julia. The flexibility and comfort of working from my own space have significantly boosted my productivity and work-life balance.
As a dentist, my work is primarily conducted in the office at "Bridge St". While I acknowledge the advantages of remote work, such as flexibility, my profession necessitates a physical presence for patient care. Thus, I am dedicated to providing quality dental services within the office environment for optimal patient care.
