Are you guys with the idea of recuiting fresh gradutes ?

Most people debate on whether to hire a fresh graduate or an experienced person. Which one do you prefer? Or does it depend on the position? I personally believe that fresh graduates are full of motivation and ideas, if you give them the right tools and training they will amaze you with the results. What about you? Any ideas?
